Coming off a Holiday weekend you might be feeling a bit guilty after enjoying some “unhealthy” food or skipping you normal workouts. No need to stress because as the saying goes, “one donut won’t make you fat and one salad won’t make you lean” – one weekend won’t make or break you progress.
Or will it?
Maybe we need to stop and realize that we aren’t necessarily “off plan” by choosing to enjoy some extra food and drinks. And maybe we aren’t “on track” by punishing ourselves with low calories.
